Based on a tumultuous relationship from Sophie Lowe’s own past, ‘Taught You How To Feel,’ explores escape: understanding ones worth and the actions it takes to move forward. Sophie wrote the song while at what felt like a crossroad in her life and its sentiment felt important to share. The song encapsulates a raw, vulnerable and veracious moment within a young woman’s experience. This is the second music video Bonnie Wright has directed for Sophie, the previous video Dreaming premiered on Nowness in 2014.
